AssetPro LLC is a property preservation and field services company. We complete work orders for national companies using a network of vetted contractors across Florida.

GeneralHow do you document the work?
Every line item is photographed before, during and after, plus the street sign, address numbers and the front of the property. Our team reviews the photos before an order is submitted.
National companiesHow do we set you up as a vendor?
Contact us and we'll send our vendor information so you can start onboarding us. AssetPro LLC is a registered company with an EIN.
National companiesWhat happens if a job is incomplete?
If our review finds missing photos or unfinished items, we send the contractor back to fix them before the completed order goes to you.

ContractorsWhat do I need to apply?
Your Aspen Grove ABC number and a certificate of insurance. A business or trade license is optional unless it applies to your services. Your W-9, direct deposit form and subcontract agreement come later, in our onboarding packet.
ContractorsDo I need my own tools and equipment?
Yes. Contractors provide their own labor, tools, equipment and materials, and manage their own crews.

Yes. You tell us the counties and services you cover on your application, and we assign orders that fit.

Once your vendor profile is fully validated, we assign work orders that match your area and services.
ContractorsHow do I get paid?
You're paid for completed work orders once they're approved. We confirm the payment details with you in your onboarding packet.
