When you contact us, we collect your name, company (if you give one), email address, phone number (optional), the topic of your message, and the message itself.

When you apply as a contractor, we collect your name, business name, email, phone, the regions and counties you cover, the services you offer, your experience, crew size, whether you have a truck or trailer and a smartphone for photos, any property preservation companies you've worked for, your Aspen Grove ABC number, any notes you add, and the documents you upload.

Automatically, like most websites, we may receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit and your approximate location based on your IP address.

Please don't send sensitive numbers through our forms. We don't ask for Social Security numbers, bank account details or tax forms on this website. If we need them to onboard you, we'll tell you how to send them.
